Morgan Records Management’s unique web interface represents the fastest and easiest access to your entire archived or remotely stored inventory. Through WebConnect you will have 24 hour access to search boxes, files or tapes in your inventory, to call back some of your documents by placing orders with Morgan Records Management, to manage your users and their access rights to the system, to schedule your holidays and to produce reports that will provide inventory and service usage information.
Delivery of imaged records to client via WebConnect, email or fax. Morgan Records Management will retrieve documents or files from a stored box (unit), attempt to locate the specific document, fax or scan the document on demand to the client. Upon completion, the document is re-filed and the box is returned to its bin location. Standard File Retrieval and File Re-file fees apply.

Delivery service for record units (boxes, files, other storage units) is based on client demand. Pick-up of record units is based on a published schedule and is scheduled for the next available pick-up date. Turnaround time for delivery requests is next day if the order is received by 4pm. Special rush deliveries can be accommodated at client request.
